Wechsel auf die neue <strong>ERP<\/strong>-Software der <strong>SAP<\/strong>: <strong>SAP S\/4HANA<\/strong>. Was ist das? Warum sollte man wechseln \u2013 <strong><em>muss<\/em><\/strong> man wechseln? Was genau ist <strong>HANA<\/strong>, ist es dasselbe wie <strong>S\/4HANA<\/strong>? Und was ist <strong>FIORI<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In kurzen Worten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>HANA<\/strong> ist die neue Datenbank der SAP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\/4 HANA<\/strong> sind die daf\u00fcr bereits optimierten Anwendungen und<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FIORI<\/strong> ist die neue graphische Oberfl\u00e4che.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und <strong><em>ja<\/em><\/strong>, de facto muss man wechseln (ca. bis 2025), denn SAP hat die bisherigen L\u00f6sungen abgek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zeit ist also begrenzt, bis man das ganze System umgestellt haben muss. Auf dem Weg dorthin sollte man nicht nur einfach alle Altlasten in die Kisten werfen und am neuen Ort wieder auspacken. Bei dieser Planung sollte man nicht nur ber\u00fccksichtigen, dass es neue Technologien im neuen Haus gibt, sondern auch Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Bewohner &#8211; also der Mitarbeiter. Diese haben bei der Nutzung des SAP Systems (i.d.R<strong>. SAP R\/3<\/strong>) in den letzten 20 Jahren bestimmt schon einige Dinge gesammelt, die sie gerne optimieren w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deswegen haben viele IT-Berater und IT-Schulungsanbieter eine <strong><em>Roadmap<\/em><\/strong>, einen Weg vorgezeichnet, wie man das Ganze angehen und schrittweise umsetzen kann. Schritt: S\/4 HANA Deltaschulung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im ersten Schritt ist wichtig, dass man das Projektteam in die Lage versetzt, das neue Haus mitzugestalten. Daf\u00fcr m\u00fcssen sie zun\u00e4chst die Kompetenz bekommen, mitzuentscheiden, wie das neue S\/4 HANA-System aussehen soll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daf\u00fcr brauchen sie eine Grundausstattung an Wissen, die in <strong>Delta-Schulungen (was \u00e4ndert sich \u00fcberhaupt zwischen SAP R\/3 und SAP S\/4 HANA?)<\/strong> vermittelt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Einstieg erfolgt \u00fcber einen <strong>360\u00b0-Kurs<\/strong>, in dem in 3 mal 4 Stunden ein \u00dcberblick \u00fcber das gesamte Areal gegeben wird: es wird sozusagen das Grundst\u00fcck abgesteckt, auf dem das neue Haus gebaut wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fortbildung24.com\/ratgeber\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/grafik.png\" alt=\"Dieses Bild hat ein leeres Alt-Attribut. Schritt: Prozessaufnahme \/ GAP-Analyse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als N\u00e4chstes wird gemeinsam geschaut <strong>\u201eWas packen wir in die Umzugskisten hinein?\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welche bestehenden Prozesse sollen in Zukunft<br>in unver\u00e4nderter Form weiterleben?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welche Prozesse sind veraltet und k\u00f6nnen getrost an die Stra\u00dfe zum Sperrm\u00fcll gestellt werden?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welche Prozesse m\u00fcssen, auf Basis dessen, was in den Delta-Schulungen an M\u00f6glichkeiten von SAP zur Prozessoptimierung gezeigt wurde, ver\u00e4ndert\/optimiert werden? Das k\u00f6nnen einzelne Facetten sein, aber auch v\u00f6llig neue Prozesse.<br><br>SAP hat hierzu mehrere hundert <strong>Best Practice-Prozesse<\/strong> ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die man als Vorlage nutzen und in seine eigenen Prozesse einbauen kann. Z.B. sind hier f\u00fcr alle Materialstufen (Fertigerzeugnisse, Halbfabrikate, Rohstoffe) Vorlagematerialien enthalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Schritt: S\/4 HANA Vor-Ort-Analyse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein wesentlicher Aspekt sind die Mitarbeiter, die seit 20 Jahren SAP nutzen und wissen,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wo Ihnen ein Zimmer zu eng ist<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wo Ihnen eine Funktion fehlt oder<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wo sie t\u00e4glich Fehleranf\u00e4lligkeiten feststellen, die sie gerne optimieren wollen oder<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wo Sie eine neue Funktion nutzen k\u00f6nnen, die es so heute nicht gibt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei den Vor-Ort-Analysen geht man in die Fachabteilungen und spricht mit den Mitarbeitern: Was fehlt, wo dr\u00fcckt der Schuh? Schritt: S\/4 HANA &#8222;Prozess-Probefahrt&#8220; f\u00fcr Projektteam und Key-User<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als N\u00e4chstes kommt eine Prozess-Probefahrt: In einem Schulungssystem wird ein Kundenprozess nachgebildet, sodass sich die Teilnehmer in einem Workshop<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>auf ihren bekannten Prozessen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>im neuen System bewegen k\u00f6nnen: Sie fahren auf den bekannten Stra\u00dfen in einem neuen Auto mit einem digitalisierten Cockpit.<br><br>Dabei erfahren Sie, dass S\/4 HANA mehr kann, als sie von ihrem bisherigen R\/3-System gewohnt sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damit ist eine optimale Vorbereitung f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftsprozess\u00fcbernahme aus dem Altsystem in das Neusystem gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Schritt: Anwenderschulung: Bedienung und Konfiguration der FIORI-Oberfl\u00e4che<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn sp\u00e4ter im Projekt die <strong>SAP-Anwender geschult<\/strong> werden, m\u00fcssen diese zun\u00e4chst die neue Bedienoberfl\u00e4che FIORI kennenlernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dies ist ggf. auch eine Marketingma\u00dfnahme f\u00fcr das Projekt, da man sehr fr\u00fch im Projekt den Anwendern die Erfahrung geben kann \u201ehey, da kommt was Cooles, was Tolles, ich freue mich darauf, damit zu arbeiten, das ist mit viel Mehrwert verbunden\u201c!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Schritt: S\/4 Anwenderschulungen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danach werden den Anwendern in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fortbildung24.com\/it\/sap-kurse\/?afpartner=17847\"><strong>SAP-Schulungen<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 k\u00fcrzer vor go-live, also wesentlich sp\u00e4ter im Projekt \u2013 die neuen Funktionen vorgestellt, damit sie die Unterschiede zwischen ihren alten und den neuen Anwendungen kennenlernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
